Welcome to Luotain Mindfulness online course

The course consists of an 8-weeks of materials. The course includes practical exercises in the form of audio recordings and videos. The course provides information and tips for everyday life. It takes about 1.5 hours/week to complete the module. Each week there are several exercises related to the theme, which will also be done during the week according to the instructions given by the instructor.

It would be a good idea to set aside an hour each day to do the exercises. Remember to do the exercises regularly. You will find that as the weeks go by, it is worth it. You can complete the course according to your own schedule from any device, phone, tablet, desktop or laptop. Everyday exercises are done while sitting, lying on your back, standing or moving.
